Corned Beef Hash Burger
EGG set up- Set the EGG up for indirect cooking, using the ConvEGGtor, and stabilize at 450 degrees direct with a half-moon plancha and a cast iron grate
Ingredients
- 3 cups Corned beef chopped into small pieces
- 4, 3 oz beef patties
- 2 tablespoons salt and 2 tablespoons pepper blended
- 1 sweet onion diced
- 1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes boiled and small diced
- 1 cup cooked crispy bacon
- 5 eggs
- At least 4 slices Swiss cheese
- English muffins
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the burgers with salt and pepper

Drizzle olive oil onto the plancha and spread it evenly across the surface

Sauté the onions on the plancha until they are soft, then add the corned beef, diced potatoes, and sprinkle with salt and pepper

You will first need to make the corned beef, or purchase a store bought corned beef, the recipe will follow
