2tablespoonssalt and 2 tablespoons pepperblended
1sweet oniondiced
1lb.Yukon gold potatoesboiled and small diced
1cupcooked crispy bacon
5eggs
At least 4 slices Swiss cheese
English muffins
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season the burgers with salt and pepper
Drizzle olive oil onto the plancha and spread it evenly across the surface
