Big Green Egg ABT Dip
Ingredients
  • Handful of jalapenos seeded and diced small
  • 2 packages of whipped cream cheese
  • 1 jar Paul Newman’s pineapple or mango salsa
  • 1 package bacon cooked and crumbled
Instructions
  1. EGG Set Up and EGGsessories:
  2. Cast Iron Skillet
  3. Set the Egg for direct cooking at 400ᵒF
  4. Directions:
  5. Saute the jalapenos in a cast iron skillet with a little oil, add some of the bacon
  6. Remove from heat and add spoonfuls of cream cheese
  7. pour Salsa on top
  8. Add more bacon crumbles
