Whole Roasted Grouper
Ingredients1 whole grouper (about 3 lbs)
This is very simple but oh so delicious. Rub your fish with oil then with S&P. Place on a 250 degree Egg. Cook till done. Remove from egg and remove skin and the whole filet should come right off. flip the fish and repeat. Enjoy.
