White Oak Farms Grass Fed Beef Hamburgers
Ingredients1 lb of White Oak Pasture Grass Fed GROUND BEEF
1/2 cup chopped onions
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup of JDDiggs BBQ sauce
In this case simple is best. I made 2 different hamburgers. The first had onions, Salt and Pepper to taste. I formed those and set them aside. The other I added the JDDigs BBQ sauce to the meat mixture and them placed all of them on the BGE, which was set at about 365 degrees. Cook until the burgers are med rare ( how I like 'em ) and medium for Fats. Now remember we are using GRASS fed beef so it is much safer than regular beef. So rare is fine as is eating it raw to check your seasoning. remove burgers from the BGE and enjoy.
