Veal Chop Marsala
Ingredients1 veal chop per guest
4 oz of mushroom(your favorite will work)
3 oz of sliced sweet onion
3 oz marsala wine
2 oz of butter
In a med hot all clad skillet add a little olive oil and begin to sear the chop. Brown on each side about 3-4 mins per side. When the second side is done remove the chop and keep warm. Add a little more oil and sauté the onions and mushrooms. Remember season each step as you go along. When the mixture has sauté about 5 mines add the Marsala (BE VERY CAREFUL). Cook about 4-5 mins reducing the wine. Add the chop back and ladle the mixture of the chop to warm through. Place chop on bed of pasta and add a little butter to sauce and pour over chop and pasta.
