Tilapia with Sea Salt and Pepper Cashew Crust

1 lb. tilapia filets
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1/3 c. Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 c. chopped, minced sea salt and pepper cashews
1 tsp. minced fresh cilantro
salt, pepper
4 Tbl. unsalted butter melted

Place tilapia in shallow dish and cover with the lime juice.
Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
Combine breadcrumbs nuts and cilantro in small bowl.
Add 2 Tbl butter.
Season with pepper.
Pour remaining butter in shallow baking dish.
Place tilapia in baking dish, turning to coat with butter.

Spoon Panko mixture atop fish.
Press topping to adhere.
Bake for 20 minutes.
