Thai Beef Salad
Ingredients
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped ginger
1 Tbl. chopped garlic
1 c. rice wine vinegar
12 oz. strip steak
6 c. shredded Savoy cabbage
1 c. shredded purple cabbage
2 green onions chopped
1 c. chopped cilantro
2 Tbl. black sesame seeds
1 c. deep fried wonton strips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and vinegar. Set aside. Brush the meat with some of the dressing and place on a baking sheet. roast meat for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool. When the meat is cool, cut into 1/4 inch strips. In a large bowl, combine the Savoy and purple cabbage. Add green onion and cilantro. Add the beef and enough dressing to moisten. Add 1 1/2 Tbl. of sesame seeds and toss again. Put on a plate and top with remaining sesame seeds and the fried wontons.
