Teriyaki Marinated Flank Steak
1 beef flank steak or London Broil as it may be called
2 cups good quality sesame oil
1 ½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cup soy sauce
½ cup pickled ginger
¼ cup dry mustard

Combine all ingredients and submerse the flank steak for 36-48 hours In refrigerator Finish on Big Green Egg to desired doneness...
