Sweet and Spicy Shrimp Kabobs
Ingredients
1/4 c. honey
1 tbs. minced canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 lb. jumbo shrimp shelled and deveined
2 tsp. minced fresh cilantro

Instructions
Combine honey & Chile pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and marinate at room temp. for 20 minutes or in fridge for 1 hour. Remove from the marinade and discard the marinade. Thread the shrimp thru the tail and head onto small skewers. Grill over direct heat for 2 to 4 minutes turning once halfway thru grilling time. Arrange skewers on serving dish and sprinkle with cilantro
