Stuffed Turkey Tenderloins
Ingredients2 turkey tenderloins
1 pkg.(8oz.) Boursin cheese
4oz. mushrooms chopped
Butterfly the tenderloins. Mix the cheese and mushrooms together. Stuff the tenderloins with the mixture. Roll the tenderloins, jellyroll style. Heat grill to 350º. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
