Steak Un-Florintine
Serves: 1

1 lg Garlic Clove, halved
10 oz T-Bone steak
1 1/2 ts Kosher Salt
1 1/2 ts Black Pepper (fresh)
1/2 ea Lemon
2 ts Olive Oil

Prepare Big Green Egg to High, (Mikes note about 500 degrees). Rub the garlic clove over the meat and bone of the steak. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper. Grill steaks, turning only once about 4 to 5 minutes a side depending on the thickness of the steak for rare . 5 to 7 minutes for medium rare.
Transfer steaks to a cutting board and squeeze lemon over steaks. drizzle with a bit of Olive Oil (the good stuff), let rest a full 5 minutes before cutting or serving.
