Smoked Mushroom Pasta
1lb pasta (long pasta won't work as well)
2 tbs oil
1/2 lb tasso chopped
1 tbs garlic chopped
1 lb smoked mushrooms (tabletop smoker)
2 1/2 cups cream
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta till al dente. Meanwhile in a large skillet over med heat, add Tasso and cook about 2 mins. Add garlic and onions and cook till fragrant about 30 seconds. Add the smoked mushrooms (chop the bigger ones). Stir well and cook for about 30 secs then add the cream and reduce by half about 10 mins. Then add the Worcestershire sauce and cheese and about 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir well and serve with Pasta.
