Smoked Creamed Corn
5 ears corn shucked
1/2 cup of heavy cream
Chipotle pepper if you like a little heat

Smoke the corn on your BGE or table top smoker about 20 minutes.Let cool. Cut the corn from the cobb and save the cobbs.In a med sauce pan add the cobbs to the cream and slowly bring the cream to med high. Slowly add the cream to the corn and stir.The texture of this dish is up to you. Some like it soupy and some like it thick.Season and serve. This one can be served hot or cold.
