Shrimp with watermelon and Jalapeno sauce
Ingredients1 lb peeled shrimp
Some oil for sautéing
1 1/2 Jalapeno diced (seed peppers to tone down the heat or leave seeds in for maximum heat)
1 1/2 cup diced Watermelon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat a skillet with a little oil and then start sautéing the diced pepper and H2O melon. After stir frying about 2 minutes add the shrimp, and seasoning. Cook until the shrimp are just cooked and serve.
