Shrimp Stir Fry
Shrimp Stir Fry
12-15 large shrimp P&D (Peeled and Deveined)
1/4 cup of terrayaki sauce
1 tsp of soy
1/4 cup of oyster sauce
1 bunch of Korean chard(your favorite cabbage will do)
1 lb of Shitake mushrooms
2 tsps of vegetable oil

Get your wok hot and add the oil,swirl to coat. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 mins constantly moving the pan. Add the green chard and cook about 30 sec. Add the sauces and then the shrimp. DON"T OVERCOOK THE SHRIMP. When the shrimp are about 1/2 way done turn off the heat and continue to stir the wok. Serve over a bed of Jasmine rice.
