Seafood Fra Diavalo
Serves: 2

1/4 pound pasta of choice
1/2 can chopped tomatoes (6 oz.)
1/4 cup white wine
1 T butter
1 oz. Olive oil
1 T chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 oz. each. 21-25 shrimp(peeled and deveined), sea scallops, calamari, sliced lobster tail or preferred seafood
salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to directions and set aside. Preheat large skillet, add olive oil and garlic and cook until light brown. Add seafood and cook about halfway. Deglaze pan with white wine and reduce slightly. Add tomatoes and red pepper and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add butter and season with salt and pepper, toss with pasta And serve immediately.
