Scallops with Wasabi Cream
Ingredients12 dry packed Scallops
6 oz of heavy whipping cream
4 tbs of prepared Wasabi
In a mix bowl beat the cream to med peaks. Fold in the Washabi and set a side. Get that All Clad pan very hot. Add a little oil and begin to sear off those scallops. Season with salt and pepper. When seared, plate them and top with Wasabi cream.
