.6 U - 10 scallops
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup whipped cream cheese
Washabi or favorite spice

In a medium bowl combine the Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, and spice. Set aside to marry, this can be done day before. In a med high non-stick skillet begin heating a light coating of oil. Take the scallops and cut them so you have 3 circles out of each scallop. Begin sauteing them. ****** Remember they are very thin and will cook in seconds. Remove from the pan and start making the Napoleon. Place a scallop down then a little cream mix, Scallop, cream, mix. Probably go no higher than 4 scallops. Top these with a little cream the some caviar.
