Ingredients1 pound of your favorite breakfast sausage
1/4 c flour (A/P)
2 cups milk
S&P to taste
Cook sausage when done remove sausage but save a little of the fat. Add in the flour and whisk for about 5 mins,(no lumps). Add the milk and continue to whisk occasionally till thickened. Add sausage back in and adjust seasoning. Laddle over those hot fresh biscuits you just made.
