Ingredients3 rashers thick sliced bacon
2 bunches kale (washed well, stems removed)
¼ c heavy cream
1/2 cup beef stock (perhaps a bit more)
1 white onion minced/diced
Steam kale until softened. Cook bacon and drain. In a skillet, put bacon, 1/4 c. heavy cream, beef stock, chopped onion and garlic. Heat and add the kale.
