Sausage, Vegetable packets on the Big Green Egg
Serves: 4

1/2 lb Smoked sausage --see note--
3 md Zucchini sliced
3 md Tomatoes sliced
1 md Green pepper julienned
1/4 c Butter melted
1 ea Onion Soup Mix(one envelope)
1 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Fresh ground black pepper

Use good locally made sausage if available, if not either fresh or smoked sausage can be substituted. Grill fresh sausage until done clear through before combining with vegetables.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Divide between 2 pieces of heavy duty foil (about 12 to 16" square). Fold foil around sausage mixture and seal tightly.
Grill covered over medium heat for 25 or 30 minutes or until you cannot wait any longer and the vegetables are tender.
