Sausage Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients1 pack refrigerated pizza dough.
1 lb breakfast sausage
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll dough into a pre-greased 9x13 in dish. Leave 2 inch on side in the pan. Cook the sausage and mushrooms until cooked through. Drain well on paper towels. Spread sausage and mushrooms onto dough. Top with the tomatoes then the cheese. Beat the eggs separately and pour on top. Bake for 13-15 minutes until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown. Remove and enjoy.
