Salmon with Brown sugar glaze
Salmon with Brown sugar glaze
4 tbs butter
1/2 c packed dark brown sugar
4-6oz. skinless fillet of Salmon(remove any pin bones.)

Melt butter and sugar in a heavy skillet over med heat Add the salmon and begin to cook. Turn once about 5 minutes into it and baste with warm brown sugar butter. Check for doneness and serve with the glaze nap-ed over the Salmon.
