Ingredients3/4 lb fresh salmon cut into 3/4 inch squares
2 tbs of Dijon mustard
1/4 cup capers(drained)
3-4 tbs olive oil
3 tbs finely chopped Cilantro
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour(2 is better). Remove from fridge and place into cold Martini glasses and serve.
