Ingredients
Red beans
Thyme
Coconut Milk
Oregano
1 TB Salt
Pepper
Fresh Ground Ginger
1 TB Brown Sugar
Brown non-instant rice 1.5 lb
Water


Instructions
Cook red beans according to instructions (not canned beans)
Add:
Thyme through Sugar and water Bring to boil until you see the rice clearly Simmer 35 minutes
