Radish and Roasted Pepper Salad
2 cups julienne daikon radish
1 cup dice red radish
½ cup red onion
1 whole red bell pepper
1 whole yellow bell pepper
Chopped fresh chives
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup orange juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Coat bell peppers in olive oil then place on grill to char the outside Then after removing scrape off charred surface with a paper towel or clean cloth, thinly slice and allow to cool Combine oil and soy sauce with orange juice toss with rest of ingredients and allow to rest
