Pumpkin Seed-Crusted Grouper
Ingredients
2/3 c. shelled roasted and coarsely ground pumpkin seeds
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
2tbs. oil
1tsp. salt
4 grouper or halibut steaks about 1/4 lb. each

Instructions
Combine the ground pumpkin seeds, bead crumbs. oil, salt in a flat pan or pie plate. Rinse filets and pat dry. Roll fish in the seed mixture and coat them completely. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Grill over direct heat until med. golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork, about 6 - 8 minutes., turning once halfway thru grilling time. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans.
