Pizza Spaghetti(or what to do with leftover spaghetti
Ingredients1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 lg. eggs
salt and pepper
2 c. leftover sauced spaghetti
1/2 c. olive oil
Beat together Parmesan, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Add pasta and toss. In skillet heat oil to med. and add pasta. Cook till golden brown on the bottom about 8 min; Invert mixture on a plate and slide back into pan. Cook till brow on bottom, about 6 more min. Transfer to plate and sprinkle with more Parmesan and cut into wedges to serve. Can be cooked on the BGE.
