Peach Cobbler on the Big Green Egg
1 large can peaches in their own juice
1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
1 can hot water
1 stick butter
3/4 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
Pour peaches into a long Pyrex dish. Add hot water and brown sugar. Stir until brown sugar dissolves(the more brown sugar, the better) Melt butter and mix with the flour and sugar. Consistency should be so that you can spoon the crust on top of the peaches. Bake on the Big Green Egg until golden brown on top.
