Moroccan Spiced Beef Kabobs
1 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 tsp. grated orange zest
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground saffron
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. beef tenderloin cut into 1 inch cubes
1 zucchini cut into 16 pieces
1 tsp. salt

Combine all seasonings and put in Ziploc bag. Add beef and marinate for 2 hours in fridge. Skewer the beef and the zucchini. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning often.
