Mediterranean Turkey Burgers
Serves: 4

1 lb Ground Turkey Breast
1/2 c Panko (Japanese Bread Crumb)
1/2 c Feta Cheese Crumbled
1/4 c Pesto-homemade or prepared
2 ea Green onions --seenote--

--SeeNote-- cut the scallion tops only, very thinly to mix with the turkey meat
Preheat a Big Green Egg or other grill. Coat grill surface with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, gently combine turkey, panko, feta, pesto and green onion. Form into 4 equal size burgers (not patties), about 3/4" thick.
Grill Burgers on one side for 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and grill until burgers are cooked through.
