Marinated Flank Steak
Ingredients1 flank steak(about 3.5 - 4lbs)
1 lemon(juiced no seeds)
1/2 c chopped parsley
1 bunch green onions(left whole)
1/4 cup chopped Basil(Genovese basil)
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and let sit at room temp for 1 hour. Preheat BGE to 375.Remove the bunch of onions and set aside for now. Begin grilling your meat. Cook until it is cooked as you like it.(Myself and Fats like it rare.) Remove it and place on a platter and let it REST for 10 mins. While you are resting your meat grill the bunches of green onions.It is OK if they char remove them and set aside. After your meat has rested begin cutting it against the grain. To serve place on your bed of charred onions and serve the meat on top.
