Lodge Cast Iron Beef Stroganoff
1 med onion diced medium
2 lbs of lean ground beef
S&P to taste
1/3 teaspoon of both garlic salt and celery salt
1 cup of water
24 oz of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of Worchestire sauce
1/2 cup of sour cream
1(12 oz) bag of egg noodles

Brown together beef,onions and spices in your Lodge cast iron dutch oven. While the meat is browning mix tomato sauce,Worchestire sauce,and sour cream .When meat is browned placed uncooked noodles over the top and spread out. Pour liquid mixture over the noodles,cover and cook about 30 minutes till noodles are soft.
