Lamb Chops with Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

2 large garlic cloves
1/3 c. cilantro
1/3 c. unsalted peanut butter
2 Tbl. peanut oil
2 Tbl. ketchup
1 Tbl. Thai green curry paste
1 Tbl. lime juice
1 Tbl. Asian fish sauce
1 Tbl. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
8 one inch thick lamb chops

In a food processor, pulse the garlic, cilantro until finely chopped. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lamb and pulse until a paste forms. Spread 1/4 c. of paste over the chops. In a saucepan whisk the remaining paste with 1/3 c. water. Warm the paste till it is pourable. Light a grill. Grill the lamb chops over moderate heat for 4 minutes per side . Transfer the chops to a platter and spoon some of the sauce over the chops and serve.
