Italian Sausage with Pasta
Italian Sausage with Pasta
1 lb of mild or hot Italian Sausage
1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper
1/2 lb of shitake or exotic mushroom
1 lb of angel hair pasta
1 -1 1/2 cups of your favorite or your basic tomato homemade sauce

In a medium high skillet heat sausage that has been sliced into 1 inch slices. Cook for about 7-9 mins or until done. Remove sausage and begin saute the pepper that had been sliced. Season the peppers with salt and pepper. While the peppers saute begin boiling water for the pasta. Don't forget to salt and oil the water. When the water comes to a rolling hard boil add the pasta and cook till al dente. Add the sauce to the peppers and heat through. Drain pasta and pour into a large bowl. Place the sauce and peppers on top of pasta, along with the sausage.
