Italian Chicken Pasta
1 lb dry tri color pasta
1 can Bush's dark red kidney beans
1 can of Bush's Cannellini beans
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 lb sun dried tomatoes
5 sprigs of fresh Basil
extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and fresh cracked pepper

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear on a 700 degree BGE. remove and let rest. Cook pasta till al dente'. Rinse the pasta and set aside. Open the cans of both Bush's beans and rinse in a colander( you don't have to rinse as much and the beans are firmer and plumper with Bush's)! In a large mixing bowl add pasta,tomatoes, Bush's beans and cut Basil. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little balsamic and olive oil to taste. Refrigerate till ready for service.
