Horiatika Salata Country Style Salad
2 ea Large Ripe Tomatoes, wedged
1 ea Large White onion sliced
1 ea Cucumber, sliced
1/2 c Greek Feta, crumbled
1/4 c Olive Oil or as needed
Vinegar to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cut all vegetables as listed above. Combine tomatoes, onions, cucumber and Feta in a large bowl. Season with olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
