Grilled Portabella Mushroom
Ingredients1 Portabella mushroom per guest. Olive oil Balsamic vinegar Any fresh herb of your choosing
Pull stem from cap and scrap the grills out for under the cap. Place cleaned mushroom along with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and any fresh herb of your choosing. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Place on a med high grill and cook about 8-10 mins turning often to allow juices to drain and the heat to cook the mushroom.
