Grilled Pineapple Cole Slaw
2 large pineapple slices
1 cup shredded napa cabbage
½ cup shredded green cabbage
½ cup red cabbage
¼ cup julienne carrots
¼ cup julienne onions
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
½ cup sesame oil
½ cup rice wine vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar

Sear pineapple on preheated grill until nice marks appear and pineapple is warm in center. Then add to a mixing bowl with all dry ingredients Toss Then add oil vinegar etc.. to coat thoroughly allow to refrigerate for at least 2 hours And up to a day or so
