Ingredients1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp of fresh ground cinnamon
1 stick of REAL butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 8oz pack of Cream cheese (room temp for 30 mins)
2 cans of refrigerated biscuits(10 count)
1 1/2 cups nuts (you pick)
Use a Bundt pan and spray it with a non stick cooking spray. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and set aside. In a Small sauce pan melt the butter and brown sugar together. Set that aside. Bust open both packs of the biscuits and press them out a little sprinkle them with the sugar/cinnamon mix. In the center of each biscuit place a small amount of the cream cheese. Fold them over so they look like Ravioli. In the bottom of the Bundt pan(which will become the top when you turn it over) place your nuts. Place 10 folded biscuits in the pan. Pour 1/2 of the butter/brown sugar syrup on top of the biscuits. Layer the rest of the biscuits on top.Sprinkle with the sugar /cinnamon mix and top with syrup. Bake for 30 mins and let cool for 5.Place a plate on top and invert. Get that cup of coffee and enjoy.
