Goat Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes
3 tomatoes per person
8 oz herbed goat cheese

Cut top 1/4 of tomatoes off. Using a small spoon or a paring knife, scoop out the pulp. Cut the bottom so they sit flat. Set the goat cheese out 30 mins prior to using. Place goat cheese in a piping bag and add to cherry tomatoes.

Makes a great appetizer.
