Goat Cheese Stuffed Sourdough Bread
Ingredients1 loaf of sourdough bread 1 pack of goat cheese(plain or herb)
2 eggs and a touch of water
Butter and slice the bread about 2 inches thick.
Make a small cut in the side and squeeze in the goat cheese.
In a small bowl mix the eggs and a few drops of water. Dip the bread into the egg mixture like you would french toast. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook on each side about 3 minutes. Cut the bread into 2 triangles and serve.
