Fresh Berries with Irish Cream Sauce and Jack Daniels Ice Cream
Ingredients
THE BERRIES:
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
FOR THE SAUCE:
1 cup Baileys or other Irish cream liqueur
4 egg yolks
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
2 tablespoon corn starch
FOR THE ICE CREAM:
3 ounces Jack Daniels
2 cups store bought vanilla bean ice cream
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions
FOR THE BERRIES: Combine berries with a touch of sugar and allow to rest FOR THE SAUCE: Beat egg yolks with a loose whip for 20 seconds Add remaining ingredients and whip over double boiler until thick FOR THE ICE CREAM: Let ice cream sit at room temp until it is soft in middle But not too melted, put in mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients And mix with beaters or paddle until incorporated. Then re-freeze For at least 2 hours (it will never be totally frozen because of the raw liquor)
