Filet Mignon stuffed with Maytag blue cheese.
2- 6 ounce filets
1/4 pound Maytag Blue cheese
S&P to taste
Rosemeary Salt Pepper
Get your grill or grill pan smokin hot.Cut a small pocket on the side of the steaks, stuff with the cheese. Season the steaks and cook until they are done to your liking. I like mine at 135º rest covered with foil for 5 minutes. Meanwhile get some small fingerling potatoes and coat with olive oil in a bowl.Pluck some Rosemary from the stem and mix in with the potatoes. Roast them at 350 for about 25 -35 minutes until fork tender. Serve with the steak.
