Fig, Ham, and Nectarine Salad in a wine syrup
Ingredients
Serves: 2 -4

1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 pint figs (stemmed)
2 large fresh Nectarines
1/4 lb sliced Country ham

Instructions
In a small sauce pan boil the wine, water and sugar until the sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Halve the figs and cut the nectarines into thin slices. Lightly toss with the ham in a bowl. Drizzle a little wine syrup with the mixture and serve.
