Everything is Just Peachy Chicken - with Bacon
Ingredients2 boneless skinless chicken breasts(butterflied)
3 whole ripe peaches
1/2 lb bacon
In a med skillet begin cooking the bacon,while the bacon is cooking begin cutting up the peaches(yes you can leave the skin on). When bacon is done drain off most of the fat, season the chicken with S&P and begin cooking the chicken. When chicken is almost finished add the cut up peaches and stir. Crumble the bacon on top and enjoy.
