Dollywood’s Aunt Granny’s Meatloaf
Dollywood’s Aunt Granny’s Meatloaf
2 1/2 lb Ground Beef
2 oz (1 small) Yellow Onion, diced
2 oz (1 small) Green Pepper, diced
2 oz Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
8 Eggs beaten
1 1/2 tsp chopped or minced Garlic
6 oz Oatmeal
4 oz Tomato Sauce
2 oz Ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine all ingredients into mixer with a paddle attachment and mix until all ingredients are combined equally. Form meatloaf into a pan and place into preheated oven until it has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove from oven and place a thin layer of ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
