Cucumber Soup
4 large cukes(peeled,seeded,and cut into med pieces)
2 cups Yogurt(vanilla,plain)
4-5 leaves of fresh mint
2 teaspoons of honey

In a Kitchen Aid food processor begin processing the cukes, yogurt,mint and honey. Once thoroughly blended pour into a bowl and place into the fridge for at least an hour. Serve with a few mint leaves.

Cool and refreshing!
