Crispy Pork Belly Tacos
Serves: 4

6 oz pork belly
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar (optional)
3 tbsp cornflour
Oil for deep-frying
1/4 C Hoisin sauce
1/4 C Sour cream
Red Pickled Onions
Flour tortillas

Boil pork belly and cut into thin slices
Marinade with the rest of the ingredients for 30 minutes
Deep-fry till golden and crunchy over high heat, about 3-5 minutes
Place pork in flour tortilla
Drizzle mixture of hoisin and sour cream
Top with red pickled onions

For a better serving size and presentation, use a 3' round to cut out smaller flour tortillas and serve as a trio on a long white plate.
